This API allows extraction of skills from any course title and description.
It receives as an input any text describing a course (title and description) and returns the acquired skills. The skills extracted include derived skills explicitly and implicitly identified within the course description, as well as recommended skills derived from related data insights (e.g. roles, industries, etc).
Each bucket (recommended and derived) is split into two skill lists:
Common skills - Those often needed in a variety of roles (e.g. leadership, initiative, etc.).
Unique skills - Those specific to a certain type of role (e.g. Python, MySQL, etc).
