CV to Skills

This API allows extraction of skills from any resume or CV.
It receives as an input any document describing a person's work experience (e.g. CV) and returns the parsed resume data alongside the detected skills.

The skills extracted include derived skills explicitly and implicitly identified within the CV, as well as recommended skills derived from related data insights (e.g. roles, industries, etc).

Each bucket (recommended and derived) is split into two skill lists:
Common skills - Those often needed in a variety of roles (e.g. leadership, creativity, etc).
Unique skills - Those specific to a certain type of role (e.g. Python, MySQL, etc).
